GC0658

GC0658 is a band 5/8 power amplifier
module (PAM), mainly designed for
internet-of-things applications at low voltage
supply, such as NB-IOT. The GC0658 is typically
working at 2.4V power supply, and could function
properly even at 1.8V power supply which satisfied
most low voltage applications. The GC0658 is
specifically optimized its performance in
824-849MHz Band 5 and 880-915MHz Band 8
frequency range.
Packaged in a compact LGA 2.5 mm x 2.0 mm x
0.75mm, the GC0658 is a 10-pad surface mount
PAM, exhibits high efficiency, low temperature
variation, strong reliability and robust ruggedness.
